Frequently asked questions

 

  • We accept cash, check and Venmo. All payments are due upon completion of the job.

  • We have roughly a fifteen mile radius around the Duluth/Superior area.

  • We are open 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday and by appointment only.

  • We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice before your next scheduled cleaning if you need to cancel. Anything under a 48 hour notice is subject to a $75 cancellation fee that will be billed to you in addition to your total at your next scheduled cleaning.

    We will do our best to reschedule your next cleaning if possible, however we cannot guarantee an opening, and may have to wait until your next scheduled day.

  • While this is a completely personal preference on the your end, and we understand that many people work from home, we do ask that if possible the home be empty while we clean. We do our best, most efficient work when we can start in one area of the house and work our way out the door, without having to work around people or ask people to move.

  • We do not do laundry.

  • No, we do not wash windows. We do wipe off obvious smudge marks from glass doors and windows if we see them, but we do not fully clean windows/glass doors.

  • When we clean/vacuum, we clean around furniture and any other items that are on the floor. We do our best to move smaller tables, ottomans, toys, etc. but we do not move full size couches, beds, recliners, etc.
